Northpark Elementary

Thank you for your support of the school.  A positive connection between home and school can make all the difference in the life of a student.  Northpark is allowed to work with your most precious gift: your child.  Below is a list of building procedures and guidelines we follow to ensure safety for all students and staff, teach responsibility to students and model respect for all members within our Northpark community.

Morning Drop off and Breakfast:

Please remember in the morning we would prefer that no one parks on the West side of Northpark drive and walks across the street. If you are going to park on that street please flip around and park on the school side of the street. We feel this is much safer with all the vehicles traveling in to the school in the morning. You can also park in the parking lot and walk across if you'd like.

Breakfast- most students are starting to get in a routine of entering the building as soon as they get here to eat breakfast. We do have some students that are choosing to stay outside and play instead of going inside for breakfast. This is just a reminder that district wide breakfast has transitioned back to before school and not during the learning time. Please talk with your children if they are eating breakfast and remind them that they are to go straight inside to eat. If students choose to stay outside for recess then they will have to wait for our 2nd chance breakfast opportunity that is offered to all students at 9:25 am.

Dismissal:

If you have changes to your child's pickup routine please inform the school by 2:30 to ensure communication to the teacher and student prior to the end of the day.

Parents are instructed to wait for student's outside of the building in front of the main entrance.
